The paintball cannon is a harmless rapid-fire weapon used by the NSDF in training exercises to avoid exposing recruits to live fire, where it is typically wielded by the Test Range Turret. Its projectiles move at five-sixths the speed of the Standard Minigun but the paintball cannon otherwise mimics its live equivalent very closely.
